KTO2 offers FREE Express Worldwide Shipping for orders above $150 USD and
$35 USD Flat Rate Express Shipping for orders under $150 USD

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
All KTO2 products are made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be processed for shipment. 

All orders are sent Express via DHL and Fedex from Bali, Indonesia and will arrive in 3-7 business days. 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please check tracking once shipped. You can also log into your KTO2 Bespoke account to check on your order status at any time.
A signature will be required upon delivery.

KTO2 Bespoke will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs.
The recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Indonesia.

If the merchandise is refused by the purchaser or the parcel is undeliverable for any reason, the purchaser is responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses,
