When placing your order with KTO2 Bespoke, you automatically agree to all information below. 
 
Sales on bespoke items are final and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is not as described.

In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect items, you must inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving the items with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different to your order or it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.

 

Please note:

- Any and all returns sent back without an authorized online return request and a returns authorization form will not be accepted or processed. 
- KTO2 Bespoke is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit. 
- The returns postage and import charges and duties will be of the customer's own expense and will not be reimbursed. 
 

How to return and exchange:

Your return must be authorised by our Customer Care team prior to sending the item.

If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item it must be returned with an authorised online returns form.

Our Customer Care team will authorise your return and provide the returns instructions.

Item must be returned to us via a tracked and signed for service. While we offer set and free shipping for orders, the return shipping charges remain the responsibility of customers.
